Your Donation Matters
Funds raised by the Friends of the Amy Van Andel Library are used to support enhancement of library programs, services and facilities that are not within the capacity of the Kent District Library’s annual budget and have a direct benefit to library users.

On May 11, 2022, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) determined that we are a public charity that is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3), and that donations to us are charitable contributions that may be deductible from income subject to federal income taxes under IRC Section 170, as of February 8, 2021.
